The following document is the actual Determination and Order which served as the conviction document after the 2007 OPMC Hearing.  I have spoken plenty about it as well as proving this document to be a total fraud in the Vacatur Petition.  This is also the document that was illegally posted on the Department of Health's website by the mysterious insider who seemingly was an accomplice to those in the Department of Ob/Gyn at Crouse Hospital who had spawned and subsequently nurtured this wicked deed somehow at the State level..

Mind you, these are grown men sitting in high offices and untrusted by the people, who did (and still do) this kind of deceptive power abuse crap in order to purposely destroy another.....all because they can. This is a Kindergarten level of psychosocial development and intellect residing in an official State Government Agency, while presiding over the proper professional behavior of New York physicians.
